Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Create warranty work orders for deficiencies discovered during RV prep and subsequent customer work order repair orientation.
Obtain Warranty pre-authorization for each job line, documenting approved time and interacting with the technicians should a job be thought to exceed approved time.
Dispatch work orders, in cooperation with other internal writers, to appropriate technician.
Input technician labor on a daily basis.
Ensure that technicians are properly documenting their repairs, taking require photos for warranty, requesting P&A at the parts counter for needed parts.
Verify repairs are completed in a workmanlike fashion in conjunction with the Quality Control Coordinator.
Return completed work orders to the Warranty Department upon completion of repairs.
Complete other duties as assigned by the Service Manager.
This position is 8:00am-5:00pm, with an hour lunch period. Seasonal demands may require Saturday hours, as determined by the Service Manager.
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED; One year of dealership warehouse experience and/or training; Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
Compensation is hourly, plus commission.
