RV Parts Sales Associate
Parts Department - Front Counter Sales Associate
Your experience and professional ability to provide equipment parts solutions to a heavy traffic of call in/walk in/email parts business, is your opportunity for success. The ideal candidate will possess one plus years of successful parts sales and/or industry experience. This customer-service oriented individual will be responsible for assisting customers in identifying necessary parts, conducting research for accuracy and availability, placing orders, expediting back orders, shipping/receiving and all other necessary duties involved in the efficient operation of a successful parts department. Must be abailable to work weekends/holidays.
Determine needs and accurately specify parts accordingly
Keep records of outside purchases and parts received and issued
Perform ongoing sales floor parts inventory
Attend weekly department meetings
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED; One year of dealership experience and/or training; Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
Compensation is hourly, plus commission.
